Our specialized RAC service focuses on upgrading Speed Frame machines with advanced roving automation technology.
In RAC conversions, we undertake comprehensive upgrades to critical mechanical components, including the Builder Motion, Top Cone drum, Bottom Cone drum with the shaft, T-Plate, existing control panel and display, Pneumatic controls, Pressure Gauge and Soft Start Unit. To enhance machine functionally, we strategically install a dedicated control panel box adjacent to the machine, while integrating a user-friendly touch display directly onto the machine for seamless process interfacing.
